ADMISSIONS ARE OPEN FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2024-25 FOR NURSERY TO GRADE X.

Admissions for The HDFC School, Pune

Parents can register their child for admission to The HDFC School using any one of the following options by paying Rs. 1,200 as the Registration Fee:

Register Online via the Online Registration option available on our website. You would be required to pay the Registration fee through our online payment gateway.

Mandatory documents check list

  • Student’s Aadhar Card
  • Birth Certificate of the student (Nur to Grade I)
  • Photo ID proof of Both parents ( Passport/ Aadhar/ PAN/ Voter ID)
  • Address Proof
  • Academic records- Latest reports card & previous year report cards
  • Original copy of Transfer Certificate to be submitted at the school before joining.(Grade III & Above)
  • Passport size photographs of student, parents and guardian.

Registration fee is nonrefundable. It is advisable to understand all the information thoroughly before attempting to fill the form.

Admission Guidelines for Academic Session 2024-25

Admissions are open for Nursery, LKG, UKG

Age Criteria

Class Entry Age
NURSERY 3 years (As on 31 Dec 2024)
LOWER KG 4 years (As on 31 Dec 2024)
UPPER KG 5 years (As on 31 Dec 2024)

Inclusive Education:

  • The HDFC School also provides admission to children with Special Education needs (Separate fee structure is available on request).

For students availing the school transport, there is a One-time, Non-refundable Transport Registration Fee of Rs. 2,000.
Exclusions: Uniforms, Books, Transport Fee. There will be an additional charge for post-school activities, excursions/school trips and any other optional activities.

The following Fees are payable at the time of Admission:

  • Admission Fee (One-time, Non-refundable)
  • Transport Registration fee (One-time, Non-refundable)
  • Transport fees & RFID charges for transport students as applicable
  • Security Deposit (Refundable)
  • Only Security Deposit is refundable when the child leaves school or successfully completes Class XII.

The HDFC School believes in providing a transparent and inclusive Admission process for all prospective students. The School clearly communicates every aspect of its policies to parents. All information is available on the school website.

The management is declaring the fees for Grade I for the Academic Year 2024-25 under S. 6 (1A) of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011 (as amended up to date) up to Grade V (Academic Year 2028-29).

Criteria for admission (I):Submission of the child’s latest performance record along with the school leaving certificate.

Inclusive Education:

  • The HDFC School also provides admission to children with Special Educational needs (Separate fee structure is available on request.)
  • RTE: The school takes admissions under the Right to Education Act.

Declared fees for five years (2024-25 to 2028-29) for those taking admission in the year 2024-25 in Grade I.

  • Only Security Deposit is refundable when the child leaves school or successfully completes Grade XII.

Transport Registration fee (One time, Non-refundable): ₹2,000/-, RFID Charges (annually) & transport fees as applicable.
