Facilities at The HDFC School
The HDFC School in Gurgaon provides children with multiple facilities including a dance room, modern science labs, advanced IT labs, well equipped library, and an infirmary in addition to outdoor and indoor sports facilities. All of this is spread over a 5-acre campus where each space is child-oriented and designed to make learning fun.
Admission Guidelines
FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2026-27
The HDFC School believes in providing a transparent and inclusive Admission process for all prospective students. The School clearly communicates every aspect of its policies to parents. All information is available on the school website.
Admissions are open for Foundation Year, Nursery, KG and Classes I – IX & XI.
Scholarships available for meritorious students in Grade XI.

For all other classes, the criteria is: submission of the child’s latest performance record along with the school leaving certificate.
Inclusive Education:
- The HDFC School also provides admission to children with Special Education needs. Separate Fee structure is available on demand.
- RTE: The school takes admissions under the Right to Education Act.

Composite fee is to be paid quarterly i.e. in the months of April, July, October & January.
Exclusions: Uniforms, Books and Transport Fee. There will be an additional charge for post-school activities, excursions/school trips and any other optional activities.
Meal facility: is available on an optional basis (Breakfast, Lunch or Both).

(2) The following fee is to be paid in the first week of February, 2026
- First Quarter Composite Fee
- Transport Fee & RFID Charges, if applicable
Fee Revision: The fee will be cost-adjusted every year.
Please Note:
Only Security Deposit is refundable when the child leaves the school or successfully completes Class XII. Transport facility is available.
After School Care Program: This is available only for our students in the school premises at an additional charge.
