Pri Primaray Annual Day 2022-23

Date of event: January - 2023

Description :

“When the music and dance create with accord... their magic captivates both the heart and the mind.”

The school’s Annual day is the culmination of its academic year. It is that time of the year when we celebrate, felicitate and recognize the school’s as well as the students’ achievements. It is an opportunity for experiencing teamwork and being proud of what the school’s ideology is and what it stands for.

Having another year to cherish, The HDFC School, Bengaluru celebrated its 3rd Annual Day on Friday, 16 December, 2022 rejoicing in the achievement of another milestone.

The morning of the 16th of December was welcomed with all the glitz and splendour and brought within its purview the mood of flawless festivities and exciting enjoyment.

It commenced with welcoming our esteemed chief guest and parents, followed by the auspicious lighting of the lamp by our dignitary Mr Prabhat Rao and Principal Ms Parvathy Seshadri, thus igniting the light of true spirit, purity and prosperity. Our beloved Principal addressed the gathering while taking pride in reading the school~s annual report and articulating the feats and triumphs achieved through the academic year.

“Appreciation is the highest form of prayer for it acknowledges the presence of good. Wherever you shine the light of your thankful thoughts .”

Music expresses that which cannot be put into words. Our little ones from grades I & II mesmerized us with their performance as they presented a melodious Musical Ensemble.

The students of Grades I & II set the pace for the evening and enthralled the audience by performing the Invocation Dance which is the first dance in a Bharatnatyam performance to invoke goddess Sarawati by kindling the lamp of knowledge and wisdom seeking the choicest blessings.

“To accomplish great things we must not only act but also dream, not only plan but also believe .”

We have indeed accomplished many things in this academic session and added many feathers to our cap. To share these and much more our beloved Principal Ms Parvathy Seshadri presented the Annual Report.

“Let the rainbow remind you that together we will always shine”

The stage was all dazzled up to witness the theme of our Annual Day unfold - My Little Pony, a musical saga of fun, friendship and adventure. The little ones took us on a magical journey to the colourful kingdom of Equestria. The audience was enthralled to witness this musical saga, leaving them awestruck, as they precisely donned the innate qualities of every character from the musical drama. The amazing throw of dialogues and the colourful dances by the students was an exhilarating experience for the audience. The colourful props, costumes, stage set up and the synchronized movements of the little ones kept the audience captivated throughout the evening.

The annual day was a mark of excellence where our talented students showcased a mesmerizing show. It was overwhelming to witness parents continuously cheer for their children with thunderous applause keeping them motivated to do their best. The grandeur of the finale left the audience fascinated making the whole gathering an outstanding visual treat and a day to remember.
