Events provide a platform to our students to showcase their talents and energies both at the academic as well as creative fronts. An event is nothing without the efforts of a sincere and diligent team working together. Our students and staff are full of innovative and progressive ideas. Hard work and preparedness go a long way and can be seen at the various events being held at The HDFC School and preparing our students to be leaders in the 21st century.

Interactive English Session of 2023

Description :

English as a language and a subject can be taught in creative ways. The subject in itself is reflective, introspective and based on innovative interpretation. When a lesson or poem is taught in a classroom set up, students have the liberty to draw out inferences based on their understanding while they gradually explore the plausible answers to pressing questions.

An enriching activity was conducted in Grade X by a few students of Grade XI where they integrated two poems from the aforementioned grades and discovered the philosophical undertones to them. They students explained the poems, drawing similarities and differences in the poetic style, themes and central idea.

The students enthusiastically shared their own personal experiences based on the theme of the poems and discussed their individual philosophy as well.
