Admission for the HDFC School in Pune

Parents can register their child for admission to The HDFC School using any one of the following options by paying Rs. 1,200 as the Registration Fee:

  • You can book an appointment at the school to purchase the Registration Form for a fee of Rs.1,200 from the School, duly fill it and submit it at the school.
  • Download the Registration Form from our website, take a print, duly fill it and submit it at the School along with the registration fee.
  • Register Online via the Online Registration option available on our website. You would be required to pay the Registration fee through our online payment gateway.
  • Parents can submit the documents required along with the registration form at the school or send us the scanned copies of self-attested documents via email.

Registration fee is nonrefundable. It is advisable to understand all the information thoroughly before attempting to fill the form.

Admission Guidelines for Academic Session 2023-24

  • Transport fees & RFID charges for transport students as applicable
  • Security Deposit (Refundable)
  • Only Security Deposit is refundable when the child leaves school or successfully completes Class XI

Transport Registration fee (One time, Non-refundable): ₹2,000/-, RFID Charges (annually) & transport fees as applicable.

Fee Structure for Grade - I

The HDFC School believes in providing a transparent and inclusive Admission process for all prospective students. The School clearly communicates every aspect of its policies to parents. All information is available on the school website.

The management is declaring the fees for Grade I for the Academic Year 2023-24 under S. 6 (1A) of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011 (as amended up to date) up to Grade V (Academic Year 2027–28).

Criteria for admission (I):Submission of the child’s latest performance record along with the school leaving certificate.

Inclusive Education:
  • The HDFC School also provides admission to children with Special Educational needs (Separate fee structure is available on request.)
  • RTE: The school takes admissions under the Right to Education Act.
Declared feesfor five years (2023-24 to 2027-28) for those taking admission in the year 2023-24 in Grade 1.
